The face is focus in this close-up shot. Only the head is typically included. The emphasis is on your authenticity or beauty when the facial expression is tightly framed (smiles, squeeze eyes, etc). Works perfectly for business card and profile pictures.
FLOATING PORTRAIT WITH NECK
It’s a alternative to the floating portrait and it includes the neck and shoulders. It’s perfect for highlighting additional aspects of your outfit, but the focus is still on your face.
FULL BODY PORTRAIT
Your lifestyle is the focus of this portrait. One can opt for either a full shot or a medium shot. A portrait that uses the full shot depicts a character from head to toes. When using a medium shot, the portrait usually shows them from their waist up. Frequently, your portrait looks spontaneous, bold, and edgy, which offers an insight into your personality. The best friend of Man has always been the dog (or the cat, or the horse…). if I drew a man, I can’t leave out his friend, so I decided to start venturing into this type of portrait (I’m still learning and improving 😁).
